International Conference

 

22th international conference on commercial (company) law, financed by International Visegrad Fund, will take place on October 4-5, 2024

 

The conference will be held in two formats:

-on the campus of the Law Institute of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, Ivano-Frankivsk.

-Cisco Webex Meetings distance platform.

 

The conference sections are:

– mergers, transformations and takeovers of companies under V4 & EU law;

– digitalization and corporate law of V4 & other EU countries;

– contractual regulation of corporate legal relations in the law of V4 & other EU countries;

– models of corporate governance in V4 & other EU law;

– liability of corporate officials under the law of V4 & EU countries;

– trends in the development of corporate legislation in Ukraine, taking into account the processes of unification and harmonization with the law of the countries of the European Union;

– trends in the development of national and foreign company law (V4 & Ukraine).

 

The only official language of the conference is English. All contributions are expected to fit the conference topics.
